Tip: Working with Other Applications While Second Life is Open

Hi All,

I found that going to the task manager and lowering Second Life's processor priority to below normal makes other applications a lot more responsive while you have the Second Life client open. I like to listen to Winamp while developing on Second Campus since while at work most of the streaming media stations in Second Life are blocked. Winamp would always fade in and out while I had the Second Life client maximized. Lowering the process priority on Second Life fixed not only my Winamp problem but other applications became much more responsive. The Second Life client continued to run without any real noticeable degradation in performance.
